All students (with the exception of those on the BNU & Foundation programs) are required to complete the Pre-Enrollment Process as a fulfillment of one of the conditions for their ERS to be made available to them.

The Pre-Enrollment Process for Summer 2010 has been made available from 18:30, 14 Apr 2010 onwards. The Online Pre-Enrollment Forms will be receiving responses from students until the cut-off date of 15:00, 23 Apr 2010.

If you are unfamiliar with this process, please consult your senior colleagues, Pn Intan, Pn Ilyana  or Cik Emma for assistance.

New students who are joining the College in Summer 2010 are not required to undertake this process.

The Pre-Enrollment Process is crucial for the Academic Administration Office to ascertain the subjects that students are planning to take so that arrangements can be made to accommodate the needs of students as far as possible.

The subjects listed in the relevant Online Pre-Enrollment Forms are meant to be tentative in nature and their availability in Summer 2010 is dependent on having sufficient number of students (at least 15 students) choosing the said subjects in the Pre-Enrollment Process. Before the registration for subjects for the new semester, the lists of subjects will be finalised (after the data received via the Pre-Enrollment Process has been analysed).

If the subjects that you require are not listed in the relevant lists (there are different lists for Degree and Diploma programs and hence there are 2 different Online Pre-Enrollment Forms as well), you can still request for these subjects via the Online Petition Form which will be activated in a day or two.  Unless you have been granted exemption by the Academic Administration Office to take part in the Pre-Enrollment Process (i.e. if you are in the final semester or you cannot find any subject that you are qualified to take in Summer 2010), your online petition WILL NOT be entertained unless you have taken part in the Pre-Enrollment Process.  In addition, students making online petition will need to show proofs of their participation in the Online Teaching Evaluation Survey. Petitions from those students who have not participated in the Online Teaching Evaluation Survey WILL NOT be considered.
