Change In Policy Regarding Submission Of Assignments

With IMMEDIATE effect (26th Oct 2009), all assignment submissions by students shall be accompanied by ONE (1) original copy of the Assignment Cover Sheet and ONE (1) photocopied version. Both copies are to be submitted together with the relevant assignment. Students should fill in the required details in both copies where the lecturer will sign on both and return the photocopied version to the students as proof of submission.

This second copy (photocopied version) shall be kept by the student to be used for verification purposes.

As a general practice, the College WILL NOT  accept submission of assignments electronically at present, however, individual lecturers may allow this practice if they so desire. In this case, the students MUST obtain an acknowledgement of receipt via email from the lecturers. The onus is on the students to ensure that their submissions are acknowledged accordingly if they have submitted their work electronically and revert to the lecturers concerned or to the Academic Division (as soon as possible) if there is any issues regarding their submission. The acknowledgement email from the lecturer shall serve as the proof of submission which the students are to keep for future reference.
